Crane – Kaplan Periodontal Knife is used to recontour soft tissue and excise interproximal tissue. Like most periodontal surgical instruments, the main structure consists of handle, shank and working end. It Is a double – ended instrument with curved blades designed for long bevel incision. 

Goldman Fox Knife Number 11 -KGF11

Goldman – Fox Knife Number 11 : Spear point Periodontal Knife is designed for cutting interdentally after initial incision severs bucco-lingually. Angulated blade provides for easier handling, similar to Goldman-Fox 8, except blades are offset for use in posterior region
