Crown Prosthetic Systemizer Box
The most common use of the product is when we are fitting multiple implant restorations,it is particularly useful when they return from the lab on a model, we can take all the components off and keep each of the components in the correct well, whether its the screws, the abutments or the crowns.
We can use the product as a pallet for our colours for stain and glaze.
Cover the prosthetic components returning from the lab and put for autoclaving to give added level of protection for implant restorations. Big bonus is when you are restoring these implants, you can take out the healing caps or sulcus formers, you can place them into the collet individually especially as per the positioning of the tooth (cause they will often have varied heights of 3mm or 2mm) if you need to put those healing caps back into the same hole, you need to know which one they come from.
It has arch of collets which are each individually numbered .
Obvious function is to organise your restoration that you are going to place, whether it is 2 veneers or 4 veneers or 4 crowns or from implants- all in a mannerly order so that the assistant can prepare the porcelain keeping everything in order and then they can pass the processes to the chairside where you can have the arch shape (upper arch /lower arch)
It simply means the delivery of each of the restorations will match the shape of the arch that you are restoring, just pick and place.
Historically if you are trying to fit 2 natural incisors and you were to get those veneers or crowns mixed up, it’s a potential disaster in the placement, when you are trying to organise which one goes where. This will be a time saving procedure, saving a lot of frustration and improving your efficiency placing these restorations to get them in the right place the first time.
