Universal Autoclavable Saline Tubing

For performing oral surgery, sterile irrigation is a requirement of any dental surgical system. While many oral surgical systems utilize disposable surgical irrigation tubing, Julldent introduces a reusable autoclavable tubing solution .
This important distinction saves the operator money and reduces medical waste.

Usage:
Before sterilizing via autoclave, we recommend running clean water through the lines for about 30 seconds to flush out any saline or stagnant water. If you don’t flush out the saline, eventually salt crystals will form and clog the tubing over time. Then you can autoclave the entire tubing set in a pouch at 132° Celsius for at least 10 minutes. Always visually inspect the tubing before using.

Why autoclavable?!
All the plastic made parts from regular saline irrigation tubings are made in Stainless Steel.
And the PVC pipe is made in Silicon. Since both are autoclavable, it can be sterilized unlimited times.

Why Universal?!
The pipe that goes in the pump is system specific length.. we are giving big silicon tubings to be cut at desired distance as required by the implant motor pump..
