These Ridge Contouring Bur does not damage the nearby tissue and allows formation of appropriate alveolar bone shape because the direction of blade is opposite though there is a blade at the fore-end. Also if you turn the Ridge Contouring Bur Plus anti-clockwise, you can trim the alveolar bone in various angles using the blade at the fore-end.
