A. Labial flange
B. Flat edge at bottom
C. Buccal flange (outer)
D. Buccal flange (inner)
E. Labial groove
F. Sulcus flange upper
G. Sulcus flange

How to use:

Step 1:
Hold labial flanges (A)
Keep flat border (B) at the lower edge
Food the buccal flanges (C) to meet

Step 2:
Insert folded buccal flange (C) behind upper and lower teeth
Let teeth sit in labial groove (E)

Step 3:
Flip upper suculus flange (E) over top teeth

Step 4:
Flip lower suculus flange (E) over lower teeth

Step 5:
Check if patient is comfortable to open and close mouth.
