It causes less trauma to the area than most of the root remover systems.
No need to remove excess bone (Essential to Reconstruction).
If a root tip breaks off, it takes minutes not hours to remove it.
Its small size allows for nimble navigation and clear view of the root tip for quick and easy removal.
It moves through decay to anchor into solid tooth structure for root tip removal.

Use:
First use flexible periotome to separate the Root Piece from the marginal gums and the desmodontal fibres.
Use Luxator to further loosen them.
Now drill the Tappered Drill (HP 702) 1.2mm into the root piece.
Insert the Root Extractor into the canal to atraumatically remove the root piece quick and easily.
