Details of the kit are:
1. All on 4 Guide

Universal Guide for All on 4/5/6 cases. Single universal guide for both Maxilla and Mandible.
The Guide is placed into a 2mm osteotomy that is made in the midline position of the maxilla or mandible and the band is contoured to follow the arch of the opposing arch.
The Guide also assists in retracting the tongue in mandibular cases. The vertical lines on the Guide are used as a reference for placing parallel anterior implants and for drilling at the correct angulation to place posterior implants, which should not be greater than 45°.

Going with the drill from one corner to the other corner of the

 rectangle formed by two lines, an angulation of approximately 30° is obtained.
Design:
We have given Straight line at 7mm distance from each other (Indicating the axis of all the Tooth). From Molar region with have put different degrees viz. 17º, 30º, 45º as per the degrees of abutments available in market.
Use:
An incision is made for flap elevation. A 2-mm twist drill is then used to make a 10-mm osteotomy in the midline.(Center of the Maxilla or Mandible ridge). Place the Guide in the osteotomy site. Drill 2 Straight (Incisor Region) and 2 Angled to avoid the sinus and to keep the implant in solid bone as required.

2. Parallel Drilling Guide Pin

Mostly commonly used in Over Denture Cases.
The paralleling guide is used for aligning 2 interforaminal implants in the edentolous mandible to the median plane. A hole is drilled in the middle of the mandible using a pilot drill, which is easily aligned to the median plane. The distance to the middle can be accurately transferred to the opposite side by swivelling the fitted paralleling guide.
Parallel Drilling Guide, For easy Parallel Implant insertion. (Diameter 2.1mm for the Pilot Drill & 1.85mm size of Guide Pin). Insert the Paralleling Drill Guide into the First Pilot Drill with the Guiding Pin. With the flexible joint a precise adjustment for the following Pilot Drilling is Possible.
Material Used: Titanium(Grade 5)
Titanium is Preferred as they are Light Weighted, Non Rusting & Longer Life than most of the other material.
In extreme case scenario, Even if the Pilot Drill touches the Walls of the Hole, the material that comes out is Titanium Grade 5; hence the case is not compromised.
3. Multi Unit Abutment Angulation Guide

Ideal for aesthetic abutments, multiunit abutments and all removable abutments.
To check Angulation intra orally. The only guide in the industry to suggest any angulations from 0* to 60*. The fit is extremely stable for most commonly used implant systems(Internal Hex implant designs viz. korean and isreali).
Material: Titanium Grade 5.

Use: After implant position is decided using radiographic image and diagnostic model. The Guide can be used to locate the actual implant position accurately. These Guide are extremely important to maintain proper distances between two or more implants.
The distance from the base side of the instrument to three guides holes are 3.5mm, 4.0mm and 4.5mm respectively. The implant positon can be fixed by choosing the desired hole according to the diameter of the implant, and occusal relationship of opposing teeth. With the instrument in place, the implant position can either be marked or drilled directly using 2mm twist drill.
The distance between the base side and the top side of the instruments is 7mm.
Useful in finding the implant position when adjacent implant placement hole has already been drilled. Consists of holes A & B. Hole A is used to place the guide pin and hole B is used to mark or to directly drill implant hole, the distance between hole A and hole B is adjacent implant placements. Once the first implant placement hole is drilled, the instrument can be used to accurately guide the position of the next implant placement hole with respect the first hole. This process can be repeated as many times as required to accurately position more adjacent implant placements, Guides vertical parallelism between the implants.

5. Mesio Distal Guidance System (MD Guide)

The Mesio-Distal Guidance System just allows you to drill your pilot hole more accurately in terms of Mesio-Distal Spacing and Parallelism.
We have given analogs (Non Drilling Guide) in 7 sizes of cylindrical diameters viz. 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm. Also we have given silicon stoppers of same cylindrical  sizes. These silicon stoppers fit onto your any implant system pilot drill upto drill diameter of 3.2mm.
Hence it can be adjusted tightly till any depth of the drill size. These silicon are autoclavable. The analogs (Non Drilling Guide) will also allow you to simulate the presence of the future prosthetic teeth when placing several implants. Mesio-Distal Guidance System eliminates the need for making a surgical guide.
For Single Implant Case
1) Measure the Mesio Distal distance between the adjacent teeth by putting Guide Pins.
2) Once the distance is finalised; put the same size of silicon stopper over the initial pilot 2mm Implant drill to desired depth.
3) The Drilling will be exactly at the center of the two adjacent tooth (ie. You can achieve the Mesio Distal Center drilling).
For Multiple Implant Cases
1) Select the guide diameter that matches the mesio-distal dimention of the missing tooth. Put silicon cylindrical stopper of same size and place it against the adjacent tooth to create the first pilot hole.
2) Place the Guide at the pilot hole site of same diameter.
3) Select the size of the guide diameter that matches the mesio-distal dimension of the second missing tooth. Put silicon cylindrical stopper of same size and place it against the previously placed cylindrical analog guide to create the second Pilot hole.
4) Repeat the steps from Step number 3 as necessary in the case of multiple implants.

In Single Implant case, The guide is used to make the drilling at the center of the two adjacent tooth ie. Mesio-Distally at the center of the 2 adjacent tooth. This tool maintains the angle of the drilling as well.
Material: Non Magnetic Stainless Steel 316 Grade
Use:
1) Place the Appropriate Guide at the extracted site (Buccally or Lingually as per access)
2) The guide is stuck between the 2 adjacent tooth, Decide the Buco-Lingual Distance and drill through the Space in the Guide. (Use 2mm Straight Pilot Drill because the space is of 2.1mm)
3) The drilling will be exactly at the center (Mesio-Distally Centered).

7. Multiple Implant Guide

For Multiple Implant case, We kep the drill/parallel pin inserted in the First drilling and make the adjacent Drilling at 7mm and 9mm away from each other. Most common distance between 2 implants placements.
This tool maintains the angle of the drilling as well. The drilling will be exactly at the Mesio-Distal distance required.

For Multiple Implant Case
Place The Guide Mesially or Distally of the tooth. The first Drilling site can be achieved at 4mm Distance from the immediate crown and Subsequently inter implant distance can be maintained at 8mm and 10mm Respectively.
For Single Implant Case:
This tool can be use to give Mesio – Distal Drilling at 4mm and 5mm as desired.
This Tool is designed Keeping in mind, most common distance between 2 Implants placements.
This Tool maintains the angle of the drilling as well. The Drilling Will be exactly as the Mesio-Distal Distance Required.

9. Implant Spacer Tool

Interproximal spacers are used as an intra-oral measuring device to properly measure distance between adjacent teeth and implants.
Place the Interproximal spacer touching to the adjacent toothed at extracted site. The Diameter mentioned on the spacer is the Mesio-Distal distance from the adjacent tooth.
Plan the case and drill without worry of maintaining the distance.
It comes in 5 different sizes:

So Dr Nitin Ahuja who is a pioneer in the field of TiiLT and after years of experience developed a very simple to use tool-
ZygoPath which determines the path of osteotomy into the Zygoma bone and helps surgeon by knowing the direction of the osteotomy.
This tool was developed to make sure that the Drilling is not in the direction of orbit. Very handy tool to have during zygomatic surgery.

11. Universal Centering Guide Set of 2
