1) Place the Appropriate Guide at the extracted site (Buccally or Lingually as per access)
2) The guide is stuck between the 2 adjacent tooth, Decide the Bucco-Lingual Distance and drill through the Space in the Guide. (Use 2mm Straight Pilot Drill because the space is of 2.1mm)
3) The drilling will be exactly at the center (Mesio-Distally Centered).
