This tool is being used in most of the maxillary cases and all Tubero-Pterigo-Palatine cases by Dr. Shyam Mahajan Sir as pilot drill without removing the bone. Drilling in the Tubero-Pterigo-Palatine area is difficult. Using this tool, one can get access in the atrophic maxilla. This tool condenses the bone instead of cutting and hence no bone removal and wastage. More bone results in more stability around implant.

Tocha in marathi means “THE ONE WHICH PRICKS IN”, this tools needs to be used before using the first osteotomes during indirect sinus lift procedures.
Also Used in Pterygoid and Zygoma Implant procedures.
The Tocha tip fits into Implant Surgical Driver (Compatible with Isreali System 6.35mm Hexagonal Head).

2.5mm Diameter at 15mm Length.

Laser Markings: 5mm, 7mm, 8.5mm, 10mm, 11.5mm, 13mm, 15mm.

Material: Premium Quality Stainless Steel

**Tocha is only the tip. The Implant Surgical Driver needs to be purchased separately with Tocha tip.
